Rotisserie Chicken Salad

What you will need:

  • 4 cups rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup bacon chopped
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup ranch
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • How to make it
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken (4 cups), chopped green onions (1/2 cup), crumbled bacon (1/2 cup), cheddar (1 cup), and chopped celery (1/2 cup).
  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise (1/2 cup) or yogurt, ranch (1/2 cup), salt (1/2 teaspoon), and black pepper (1/4 teaspoon).
  • Pour dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
  • Store in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving, and enjoy!
